(CCFMG)
Central California Faculty Medical Group (CCFMG) is an organization of faculty physicians and staff headquartered in Fresno, California. Affiliated with the prestigious University of California, San Francisco Medical Education Program, CCFMG’s staff of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, has access to the latest medical advances and teaching techniques, and provides high-quality medical care to patients throughout the Central Valley.
Over the years CCFMG’s website had become difficult to navigate, lacked visual presence, and was in need of reorganization.
NetPilot was entrusted to create a new ADA and privacy compliant website that was both easy for their diverse users to navigate, as well as painless for staff to keep current.
Our solution began with simplification in mind. We started by consolidating multiple navigation menus into a single persistent global navigation bar, with concise dropdown menus revealing lower-level site pages at a glance. This consistent menu system and reorganization of content assists users to quickly find the information they need within a few clicks.
Key functionality includes the creation of a new, straightforward provider finder and office locator, enabling patients to quickly locate doctors, a specific office location, or specialty.
The presentation of a consistent brand and message helps to position the new website as an important marketing tool in keeping various audiences updated on news, announcements, and more within the organization. To showcase CCFMG’s expertise and compassionate health care services, we’ve eliminated the generic stock images and featured a collection of new engaging, custom photos.
Built to adapt to any screen size, the website renders and functions seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. With a possible rebranding happening within the next 12 months, the website was built with flexibility and scalability in mind. The new site beautifully reflects CCFMG’s current brand and when the time comes, is ready to transition to the new branding with minor effort.
