Together with its account executive agency, Charter Advertising/Design serving as project management and social media development, NetPilot’s mission was to create a user-friendly navigation system built around an easy-to-use backend content management system. With the organization’s many information sources, the challenge was to organize and departmentalize the content into easy chunks for the user. Popular topics, like activities, dining, and other attractions were set up to be easily accessed by multiple means.
