HomeBuy is a real estate investment company serving the greater Sacramento area. With the belief that selling a home should be a hassle-free experience, HomeBuy set out to create a one-of-a-kind technology platform backed by years of hands-on experience. They wanted to provide a simple way for home sellers to shop their property to multiple, well-qualified cash buyers, without the hassle, disruption, and uncertainty of a traditional sales process.

HomeBuy engaged NetPilot to build a custom-programmed home valuation website. The resulting valuation tool used a custom algorithm, based on many factors, including user submitted home condition criteria. Some of the key output and functions included:

• Instant home address lookup, with area and number of lookups restricted.
• Offer email with offer accept/reject possibilities, each moving the user through an automated path depending upon their choice.
• Logging of all data into HomeBuy’s CRM.
• Automated scheduling of home review appointment (if offer was accepted).

Other site features included a heavy emphasis on mobile functionality and ease of use, multiple image slideshows, an online offer request form, search engine optimization, easy-to-update WordPress backend, and custom designs throughout.
