Since 1992, Key Housing has been a leader in furnished corporate housing and extended stay rentals in cities throughout California. Although their existing website had served them well over the years, it was time for a revamp. Key Housing came to NetPilot seeking a modern, responsive website that would streamline property searches, optimize business operations, and reinvigorate their brand.

NetPilot’s solution began by reorganizing the content for ease of navigation and adding an enhanced property search, providing visitors with the ability to locate properties by map, city name, and geocode/zip code search. A new responsive design beautifully showcases the properties effortlessly on any device: desktop, tablet, and mobile. Now visitors can easily research housing solutions in the office, at home, or on the go. The addition of virtual tours give the user an immersive experience, providing an example of what their new home will look like.

A customized quote request system provides automatically-generated quotes delivered via email based on location and desired property type. All client data conveniently feeds a customer relationship management (CRM) system via custom connections.

Ensuring the website is compliant with state laws, NetPilot put in place the required implementations related to mandatory California privacy protections for websites: California Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Other key features and functionality include solid search engine optimization (SEO) practices, and full-featured blogging capabilities with the initial migration of hundreds of blog articles.

Key Housing now has a website that accurately reflects their leadership position, and beautifully promotes their properties and customer care. The new website is not only visually engaging, but provides the ultimate in flexibility with a modular design and user-friendly property input and editing system all managed by a WordPress CMS.
